He did pm me telling me his mesmer has r8 Asura and is at DoA.

Right now I'm -1 because he has no clear experience and no guild that taught him. Also didn't put any effort into the app whatsoever.

-1, put more effort into this or you're not worth our time of day. Half assing an app shows that you don't need or want to be in our guild, shows you just want to be in ally, for the name sake.
